ATEC® Series generic purpose test benches are used by most airlines, systems manufacturers and MRO (Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul) companies to guarantee the conformity of critical electronic equipment. Available on all continents, the ATEC® Series can be adapted to suit various needs owing to its modular nature and capacity to test almost all commercial aircraft LRUs. SPHEREA has the world’s largest testing library.

The SESAR®3000 family is composed of benches that are:

• High-performance
• Versatile for technologies such as electronics, optics, optronics, microwaves, radio-navigation, communication, etc.
• Suitable for military equipment testing (production and maintenance).

There are two types of SPHEREA Optical test bench:

• Autonomous, to meet very specific needs,
• Coupled with a versatile bench, to enable multiple-system testing.

The U-TEST® software solution offered by SPHEREA effectively combines simulations from different modelling environments in a logical, open platform with actual equipment items such as on-board computers, actuators, sensors, and even power electronics systems.

SPHEREA distributes DSI International’s ISDD Tool Suite software package, which includes the following software: eXpress, STAGE, Run-Time Authoring Tool (RTAT) and DSI Workbench. 

Our specific benches are produced based on generic product building blocks around the following areas: a bench architecture, a catalogue of high-added-value hardware and software components, open to third-party ecosystems and reconfigurable benches.

SPHEREA designs test systems derived from our modular platform for V&V applications, for the whole development chain, from design to qualification.

Field test equipment is an optimised solution for large system testing, which, thanks to its distributed architecture, enables the placement of several small-sized testing systems.

The Jammer Tester (PJT) is used to test the operation of radiofrequency (RF) jammer systems.
Its ease of use and simple configuration make it an effective and practical testing solution for the installation and operation of jamming systems.

OLISE® or (Optical Light Instrumentation for Small Equipment) is a testing solution that diagnoses the failure of an item of optronic equipment such as a night vision system, a gyrostabilised pod or a telescopic sight.

WIZE® is a full range of wiring testers. The testers can be used both in production and maintenance, as WIZE® is suitable for simple wiring tests and complex interconnect tests for full systems.

Designed to optimise the diagnostic and maintenance phases for complex systems, ARMS is a generic solution that aims to help operators in the diagnostic phases of complex system failures, then guide them in maintenance operations to restore the system to an operational condition.

trials and tests are too often a choking point when making the system available and generate complicated, tedious work.

DNA is one of the most effective frequency stability and phase noise analysers on the market.

The test phases are key to the design and commissioning of new electronic warfare (ELINT, SIGINT) and radar equipment. It is therefore essential to have reproducible, identifiable and accurate test data during the various cycle stages.

The SPHEREA Group has other solutions to meet testing needs related to the systems used in electronic warfare contexts such as the RF suite.
