Spherea acquires konrad technologies us
As the Paris Air Show opens today at Le Bourget, Spherea is proud to begin this edition with a major strategic announcement: the upcoming acquisition of the American subsidiary of the Konrad Group, Konrad Technologies US. This move marks a key milestone in Spherea’s international development and significantly strengthens its presence in the North American market.
Konrad GmbH and the Spherea Group have reached an agreement for Spherea to acquire the entirety of the group’s American subsidiary, Konrad Technologies US.
Based in Farmington Hills, Michigan, Konrad Technologies US is a leading provider of automatic test equipment and test system integration services, primarily serving the defence, automotive, and medical sectors.
This strategic transaction will allow Konrad to refocus its global activities, while enabling the Spherea Group to significantly expand its footprint in the United States.
The transaction is expected to be finalised over the summer, subject to the usual regulatory approvals.
We are delighted to welcome Diane Tibbs, CEO of Konrad Technologies US, along with her team, to the Spherea family. Together, we will enhance our offering for American customers by combining the strengths, expertise, technologies, and capabilities of Spherea and Konrad Technologies.
Going forward, we will serve our clients under a unified entity, operating under the Spherea US brand, leveraging all our know-how to deliver ever more effective solutions and support our growth.
